Project “Cooperation among Chambers for Know how Transfer” is implemented in the framework of INTERREG IIIA, Initiative for the “Neighborhood Programme Greece – Albania ERDF/CARDS”  and specifically in Priority Axis “Economic Development and Employment”, Measure 2.1 «Cooperation for SME Support».
Neighborhood Programme Greece – Albania, supports cross border cooperation in the external borders of EU and Albania, aiming in the improvement of opportunities of eligible areas to implement their cooperation in a base of sustainable development.
In the eligible areas efforts are focused in systematic cooperation development through out external borders, as in European level external borders have their own specific political importance. Main objective is the enforcement of stability and prosperity of the cross border regions and the avoidance of creating new demarkation lines in Europe.
In that framework, the interaction between the two sides of the borders takes place through a mutual understanding process of information and learning with positive results to both sides in daily level.
