The project includes three (3) subprojects which are separated in individual actions:

    * Coordination-Research. It concerns the practice of all the supporting actions for the implementation of the project which are related with the functioning of the Cooperation Centre, as well as the implementation of supporting research.
    * Support of the economic and managing organization of the project, feasance of the implementation deadlines and coordination of the project’s actions.
    * Realisation of a research of imprinting the business environment and the problems that are related with the profession of the economist in the Prefecture.
    * Record, analysis and mapping of the business environment in the two Prefectures. Report of the results of the actions. Composition of a review with regard to the impact of the project’s actions on the target groups and on the enterprise environment in general.
    * Equipment supply of the centre - Purchase and installation of suitable equipment for the operation of a Collaboration Centre.

    * NETWORKING - SEMINARS - VISITS - FORMS - CONGRESSES.
    * Constitution and Operation of a Collaboration Centre. Main role and work of centre will be the dispensation of explanatory and specialised information to economists who are business executives or even unemployed, as far as the business activity in the two Prefectures is concerned. The Centre will function as a nodal point of information exchange between the Chambers, having in its disposal electronic means of direct communication with the Chamber of Gjirokaster.
    * Creation of website and external network. Planning, construction and function of an information website and continuous communication between the two bodies.
    * Information programme leaflets. Design of information programmes which will address to the members of the target groups, which will offer certain information as far as the matters of interest are concerned, as they will come up from the research of imprinting the business environment.
    * a) European business activity. Information and know-how as far as the function of the enterprises in the European business environment is concerned and b) education of young unemployed economists, information programme which will aim to grant specialised knowledge mainly to the unemployed economists.
    * Organisation of information seminars addressing to young, unemployed economists on the subjects of a) exerting business activities and b) financial opportunities.
    * Organisation of visits of Albanian economists to Greek companies and accounting and tax offices of the Prefecture for the direct transport of experiences and know-how on subjects of common interest.
    * Organization of Economic Forums among economists from both Prefectures, who are business executives. Their goal is to tighten the relations of the target groups and to exchange their views on business matters and the problems that they face while exerting their duties, as far as the interstate cooperation is concerned.

THE PROGRAMME IS JOINTLY FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND-ERDF (75%) AND NATIONAL FUNDS (25%)
